Refunds will only be provided under specific circumstances, which will be outlined in the individual service agreement. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the project's completion.
PixcellTech will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes loss of data, business profits, or reputation due to technical issues or miscommunication.
